01 Agreement to Terms

If you are using DjBilli on behalf of a Discord server, you represent that you have authority to bind that server's administrators and members to these Terms.

02 Eligibility

To use DjBilli, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age as per discord rules
• Comply with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

Use of DjBilli by users who do not meet these requirements is prohibited and will be banned from the bot.

03 Prohibited Use

You may not use DjBilli to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual
• Distribute spam, malware, phishing links, or illegal content
• Circumvent Discord's rate limits or API restrictions
• Attempt to exploit or reverse-engineer the bot
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Scrape or harvest data from DjBilli's responses or logs

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any suspected violations.

04 Your Content

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate these Terms, Discord's policies, or any applicable law.

We may remove or refuse to process any content we determine, at our sole discretion, violates these Terms.

05 Availability & Service

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee that DjBilli will be available at all times. We may:

• Take the service offline temporarily for maintenance or updates
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time

06 Limitation of Liability

DjBilli's Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Server disruptions caused by misconfigured moderation settings
• Downtime or bugs in the service

07 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Whenever we change, we will:

• Announce the changes in our official support server

Continued use of DjBilli after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using DjBilli and remove the bot from your server.
